Privacy Statement Welcome to CIFOR Web site and thank you for reviewing CIFOR's privacy statement. CIFOR is a council of partners within the public health system that strives for sharing of resources and tools openly and fairly. During a visit to CIFOR Web site, the following information will be collected and stored automatically about the visit:

Domain names and IP address: Our web server will automatically recognize a visitor's domain name and IP address (an IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to a computer when surfing the Web), but not the visitor's e-mail address.

E-mail addresses: We collect the e-mail addresses of those who subscribe to our listserves and those who register for our online products and services. CIFOR will not share e-mail addresses with any group outside the council.

Other collected information: We collect aggregate information on what pages our visitors access or visit.
